Return Policy
Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the
original condition and packaging. Items must not have been assembled, installed
or otherwise put into service.
A few items cannot be returned. Those items include clearance items,
items marked as nonreturnable on the product page, custom items
and items that you have assembled.
This return policy does not refer to damaged or defective items. To report
damage or a defect, please contact Customer Service through our Damage
and Defect form.
When considering a return, please know there are return shipping costs. While
shipping costs on small lightweight items are not costly, shipping costs on
large, heavy furniture is very costly, especially if the items ship via freight
truck. In rare instances you may be required to pay a manufacturer's restocking
fee. The amount of your final refund will be emailed to you once you fill
out the return request form below.
Rejected deliveries are considered to be non-defective returns. Return shipping
costs and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
