Please note that damaged or defective parts on an item will be remedied
promptly with a shipment of either new parts or an entire item depending
on the severity of the situation. We will request photographs from you to enable us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, so please wait to repackage items until photographs have been taken. Please hold on to damaged items or parts
until new parts are delivered or a carrier has returned to inspect the
item. If your item is missing parts, those parts will be sent to you right
away directly from the manufacturer.
