Customer Service FAQ:

I just placed my order, when will my order ship?

Orders ship 24-48 hours after they are placed. Within that time frame, you will either receive a tracking number or, if there's a delay shipping your order, you'll receive an email updating you on the status of your order. You can also fill out the Status Request Form to send a message to Customer Service that you have not gotten a tracking number or an order update.

How do I return my order?
Here is a link to our Return Policy and Request for Return Form. It will explain the return procedure. Just read it over, fill out the form and the Returns Department will reply to you within 24 hours.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Here is a link to our Damage Notice Form. Filling it out will notify the Customer Service Department that your order arrived damaged. They will reach out to you as soon as possible. They may request photos of the damage since many carriers will accept photos in lieu of a return visit to inspect that damage. While the damage claim is being processed, please keep the original packaging until the problem is resolved. We will work hard to remedy the problem as quickly as possible whether that be with replacement parts, a reshipment or cancellation and refund of your order.

My order is missing a part. What can I do?
You can either call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-807-1477 #2 or you can fill out the Missing Parts Form. Afterward, a Customer Service Representative will contact you as soon as possible and replacement parts will be sent.

I paid for my order with PayPal and I have not received a confirmation or an order number. How do I get a confirmation?
On your PayPal confirmation email you will find an invoice ID number. Just give us a call or email Customer Service with the name that is on the order, the email address on the order, or the Invoice ID number from the PayPal confirmation. We will be happy to email you a copy of your order.

How do I cancel my order?
If an order has not yet shipped and is not scheduled to ship the same day, it can be canceled. Fill out the online Cancellation Request Form and we will attempt to cancel the order for you. We will confirm or decline cancellation right away.

I canceled my order; how long will it take for my payment to be released or refunded?
Once an order has been confirmed canceled, your payment will be returned within 24 hours. It will take 2-3 business days for you to see the returned payment in your transaction records depending on the payment processing schedule of your credit card company or PayPal. To request the status of your refund, send an email to Customer Service.
